At-Home Lab Testing

Clean, modern laboratory with blood draw equipment

Most patients get the same basic blood work at their annual physical and walk out being told everything's "in range." The standard panel was designed to catch acute disease, not to optimize how you actually feel and function.

Our lab work is built for the questions patients actually have: why am I tired all the time, what's driving the weight gain, where do my hormones really sit, what's my cardiovascular risk really look like. Comprehensive panels, run through trusted national labs, interpreted by a provider who actually walks through them with you.

Who comprehensive lab testing is for

You don't need symptoms to benefit, but if you have any of these, the data is going to change your decisions:

Patients starting hormone therapy

Comprehensive labs are the foundation of safe, effective treatment. Every TRT or peptide protocol starts here.

Patients whose symptoms don't match their basic labs

If you feel off but your annual physical 'came back normal,' there's a good chance your doctor only ordered the basics. We measure what they didn't.

Patients in their 40s and 50s tracking aging

This is the decade when changes start happening fast. Baseline labs now create the trendlines you'll be grateful for later.

Athletes and performance-focused patients

If you are training hard and want to optimize recovery, performance, and metabolic markers, the data matters. We measure the things that actually move the needle.

Patients with cardiovascular family history

Standard cholesterol panels miss most of what matters. Advanced lipid testing gives you a real picture of your risk.

Anyone wanting a real baseline

The most valuable lab result is the one you can compare against in five years. If you've never had comprehensive labs, this is the time to establish where you are.

Panels we offer

Tap any panel to see exactly what it measures. Most patients start with a comprehensive panel combining the foundational markers, then add targeted panels based on their specific situation.

Specific panels and additional markers are chosen during your consultation based on your goals, symptoms, and history. Some panels are bundled into our standard intake; others are added individually.

How we read labs differently

Two physicians can look at the same lab results and come to different conclusions. Here's how our approach tends to differ from a standard annual physical:

Optimal vs. 'within range'

Reference ranges are based on population averages, including a lot of unwell people. We interpret your results against optimal ranges for healthy function, not just the lab's pass/fail line.

Trends over time

A single lab value is a snapshot. The trend across years is the story. We build the trend lines that your one-off physicals never could.

The whole picture, not isolated numbers

Labs interact. Low testosterone alongside high SHBG means something different than the same testosterone level with low SHBG. We read them in context.

Time to actually walk through results

All results are delivered with comprehensive, explanatory context so you always understand what your numbers mean. If anything is concerning, we will reach out to you directly, and if you would like to talk through your results in more detail, we are always available for that conversation.

Markers most doctors don't order

Free testosterone, LH, FSH, Estradiol. The things that actually predict outcomes, even when they're not on the standard panel.

What to expect

The whole process is built to be simple and predictable:

  1. 01

    Brief consultation

Before any labs are ordered, we will explain which panels we recommend running, why we are recommending them, and what the results will tell us about your health.

  2. 02

    Convenient At-Home Lab Testing

Our innovative blood collection kit makes testing easy from the comfort of home. Instead of a traditional needle draw, a small device is placed on your upper arm and activated with the press of a button. When you're finished, simply return your sample to our lab using the included prepaid shipping label.

  3. 03

    Results in a few days

Most results come back within 2–3 business days. The more specialized markers may take longer; we'll tell you what to expect.

  4. 04

    Results review

Your provider walks through the results with you, covering what is optimal, what is borderline, and what is worth investigating further. You leave with a clear understanding of your numbers and a plan.

  5. 05

    Personalized, evidence-based plan

Based on what the labs show, we build a plan grounded in what the research supports, including lifestyle interventions, supplementation, medications, or referrals as appropriate.
