Why we exist
Patient first. Every time.
Data privacy and security is not a feature. It is the standard we refuse to lower.

Jefferson Fishtorn
CTCO, Elenova Health
We built Elenova to do the right thing.
We came from inside the health and wellness industry, and what we witnessed across years of experience drove us to build something better. We watched patients get treated as revenue targets rather than people, we saw safety and compliance standards quietly deprioritized in the name of speed and growth, and we noticed how rarely patients were given a real explanation of what they were being prescribed, why it was appropriate, or what to actually expect. The gap between what good care looks like and what most clinics were delivering was impossible to ignore.
So we built a clinic around the things we felt were missing. Patient safety and compliance are not optional here and never will be. Every protocol we offer is grounded in clinical evidence. We do not prescribe based on what sells. We prescribe based on what works, what is safe, and what is right for the individual in front of us. We also take the time to make sure every patient understands their care, because a patient who understands their health is a patient who can take control of it.
That same standard applies internally. We are building the kind of organization we would want to work for, where the people doing the work feel valued, supported, and proud of what they are part of. We believe those two things are inseparable. When the team is taken care of, the patients feel it. We started Elenova to build something worth being proud of, and to leave the broader conversation around health and wellness in a better place than we found it.
