Honesty
We'd rather tell you the truth than tell you what you want to hear.
Real medicine means real conversations — including the uncomfortable ones. We won't oversell a treatment, hide a side effect, or promise results we can't deliver. If something isn't working, we'll say so. If we're not the right fit for what you need, we'll tell you that too. The trade-off is that you'll occasionally hear answers you don't like. The upside is that everything you DO hear from us can be trusted.
What this looks like
- —We tell you when a treatment probably won't help, even if it would be easy to prescribe
- —We name realistic timelines, not best-case scenarios
- —We disclose costs up front, in full, before you commit to anything
- —If we made a mistake, we own it
